A brief introduction...

Well, here goes nothing.  I’ve never been much of a writer, unless forced or coerced into it.  So this will be an ongoing effort and experiment.  I’m mostly doing this for myself, although being able to share these pictures and memories with you people is an added perk…  I had a blog several years ago, solely to share pictures that I had taken.  This won't be much different, aside from the addition of some words.  I've always let images speak for themselves, however, I'm growing more fond of the backstory behind the photos I see.  So in my writings I will hopefully give you some insight into the who/what/where/why the picture was taken...
